Rubber Hose for Fuel Dispenser

The fuel dispenser hose is a material composed of an inner rubber, an outer rubber and an intermediate layer. The oil dispenser hose, that is, the special oil hose for the refueling pump, is a kind of industrial hose. It is used to transport fuel, refueling pipes and other operating environments where the content of aromatic hydrocarbons is not higher than 60%; some imported oil pipes are also suitable for transporting leaded or unleaded gasoline, biodiesel, etc.

Like ordinary industrial hoses, the dispenser hose is composed of an inner rubber, an outer rubber and an intermediate layer. The inner liner consists of smooth fuel resistant rubber or thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The reinforcement layer is composed of suitable reinforcement materials, and the outer cover is composed of non-corrugated, fuel-resistant, weather-resistant rubber or TPE.

Common dispenser hoses are mostly made of SBR (oil-extended styrene-butadiene rubber), NBR (acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer/nitrile) or their composite materials. According to the different material structure of the reinforcing layer between the inner and outer rubber, the common types of hoses for the dispenser are:
Type 1: Fabric reinforced; braid reinforced between inner and outer rubber, suitable for winding around a cylinder or hanging from a bend.
Type 2: reinforced with fabric and spiral wire; reinforced with braid and spiral steel wire between the inner and outer rubber, offers torsional flexural properties suitable for coiling, wrapping around a drum, or flex suspension.
Type 3: Reinforced by fine metal wire; reinforced with double steel wire between inner and outer rubber to provide low expansion performance, suitable for winding around a cylinder or bending suspension.

At present, JAYO Petro mainly provides two types of fueling hoses for customers according to the different conductive forms: the dispenser hose with conductive copper wire and the dispenser hose with conductive rubber.

  • Conductivity(max): 1×102Ω
  • Other performance meets EN1360
