BC-CH Series Breakaway Coupling

JAYO BC-CH breakaway coupling is a reusable breakaway valve on the conventional fuel dispenser market. It is designed to be installed on the fuel delivery hose, and when subjected to a certain amount of tension, the pull-off valve will separate. Both valves will automatically seat, shutting off fuel flow, so as to limit fuel leakage and protect fueling equipment. When reconnecting the disconnected section, the JAYO BC-CH will seal tightly on the seal before the main stem opens the valve. Under normal operation, the JAYO BC-CH must be installed on a high-level hose of no less than 9″ straight length, and for a low-level hose, the JAYO BC-CH must be installed with its breakaway cable.

◈For JAYO BC-CH 3/4’’, it will separate when tensile force is among the range of 250lb±5%; while for JAYO BC-CH 1’’, it will separate when tensile force is among the range of 300lb±5%.
